Superb

This is my 2nd visit to the Big Blue Hotel. Why 2nd? Because it was fantastic the 1st time! It was equally as great the 2nd time as well.

I'm quite particular about hotel rooms and I've stayed in hundreds when I travelled with my father as a diplomat's son. This hotel get's better and better. The rooms are lovely, good parking facility and the food is great.

The outside does not do the hotel as much justice as it deserves. It's one of the better hotels in the UK!

Fantastic hotel.

We only stayed for one night and we wished it had been more. We felt and were treated like celebs. The place is great and I will never stay anywhere else but in this hotel every time I go to Blackpool. I will be telling everyone I know its fantastic. The staff were lovely too.

Well it was my birthday, stayed over for two nights at the Big Blue with my partner in one of the excutive suites. All I can say is I'm glad it was April and not peak season. I was very impressed with the breakfast, a nice variety, the bar was also lovely and the room was spot on too. Apart from there being no towels and me having to ask but very prompt service, they came straight away. Overall a fab hotel and I would recommend if Blackpool is your thing. But if you're on the lower ground floor, take some ear plugs, you can hear everything going on in the rooms above. Location was superb for us as we got the train and it was just on the doorstep. As was the pleasure beach. Not that far to Blackpool tower etc and as we don't mind walking and we enjoyed a lovely 2ish mile walk to Blackpool zoo. i loved it, thank you for making my stay a good one.

Love this hotel, very chilled out, kids loved their 'space' in the room, right next to The Big One which the kids loved. Would definitely recommend it!

One of the best hotels in Blackpool

I love this hotel - have now stayed there twice and would always stay here if in Blackpool. The rooms are fantastic - really big and modern. Food is good - although breakfast can be a little crowded. There really is nothing that you can complain about....

The Big Blue Hotel...Fabulous. We had a great stay, loved it, it was so geared for kids something we are not too good at in UK, really couldn't fault it and will definately be back. Thank you for asking our opinion.

Lovely contemporary "spa like " feel hotel. It greatly enhanced our stay in Blackpool. Beautiful, stylish, clean rooms, cafe bar and excellent gourmet food. I will be returning to the Big Blue and have recommended it to many people!

This was a truely blissful hotel, staff were unbeleivably helpful and the rooms were delightful everything you could possibly need for a couple of nights stay and extremely modern and well laid out!! The breakfast in the morning was delicious - you had such a large choice to choose from - would recommend this hotel to anyoune who is wishing a couple of days in Blackpool cause the location is just perfect for the pleasure beach and the sea front!!!
