The Big Blue Hotel is situated at the South entrance of the Pleasure Beach on Ocean Boulevard and features some fantastic views of both the ocean and Britain's biggest and most exhilarating amusement park. Blackpool's Pleasure Beach is 42 acres of pure unadulterated fun and features over 145 rides and attractions, from white-knuckle heart stoppers to children's facilities and engaging family fun and. It is Britain's top tourist attraction and offers something for the whole family. The Big Blue Hotel enables you to relax in luxury, while Pleasure Beach Blackpool will give you an adventure of a lifetime.
Dining at the Big Blue Hotel
The Big Blue Hotel offers a great choice of food and drink at the Blue Bar and Brasserie, one of Blackpool's newest and funkiest restaurants. This modern and stylish restaurant is open all day, from breakfast through to dinner and you can choose from a la carte, bar or table d'hote menus. Food is modern brasserie style with starters such as Chinese crispy duck and Avocado and blue cheese salad and Mains ranging from traditional pastas to Lancashire hotpot and fillet of sea bass. The Table D'Hote menu changes each week and guests are also free to design their own freshly cooked pizzas. The bar area is the perfect place for a pre- or post-meal drink, features a relaxing atmosphere and is also licensed for non-residents. From the 23rd Dec - 2nd Jan there will be no Room service available for Breakfast/ lunch or Dinner.
On the nights of 24th - 27th December and the 30th Dec- 1st Jan the bar will available for only a short period. Only guests on our christmas package will be invited to the entertainment. Those not on the package are not invited.
Limited Housekeeping will also be available during thiese periods.

The Health and Fitness centre at the Big Blue Hotel provides an excellent resource for you to continue your fitness program while on holiday or business.
